B&D offers a continuum of services for adults 18 and over, to include primary care, care management, diagnostic assessments, peer support, outpatient therapy, psychiatric medication management, and intensive services for those with substance use problems, crisis situations, or chronic illnesses.
B&D offers a continuum of services for children and adolescents to include pediatric primary care, care management, assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, psychiatric medication management, and intensive in-home services.
Our goal is to empower individuals and families with knowledge that will allow them to make the best possible treatment decisions. We aim to eliminate barriers to wellness and welcome referrals for care coordination for Medicaid beneficiaries, uninsured, underinsured, and other underserved populations, regardless of their ability to pay or place of residence.
